TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tastefully decorated, and high-quality furnishings.
Alarm, electric gate with code, private parking for 2 vehicles. A rare location that will allow you to reach the different beaches of Porto Vecchio such as Marina Di Fiori, Santa Giulia, Palombaggia or Cala Rossa and Saint Cyprien

Cette maison est magnifique, grande, propre et parfaitement équipée avec du mobilier de qualité. A Porto Vecchio même, tout est à portée de main, mais vous êtes chez vous tranquille sur ce petit rocher. La superbe terrasse, le pool merveilleux,.. Nous érions chez nous et avons adoré notre séjour. Je recommande absolument et je reviendrai !!!!

We’ve had a fantastic time with 4 persons for 10 days in this stunning villa. The outside views are truely breathtaking. Inside the villa everything is tasteful, clean and roomy. The unique location is just 200m downwards to the marina with its boats and a promenade full of restaurants, and 200m steep upwards to the old town and citadel of Porto Vecchio with all of its restaurants, bars and little shops. Not for you if you’re after calm nature remoteness (which you find plenty in the nearby mountains and coastal areas, for sure) or mind the steep driveway to the house, but hey, if you’d like to be just in it and leave your car home at times, this is it. My top recommendations: +++ relax at the terrace and enjoy the pool :-) +++ eat at the marina and/or walk around the old town of Porto Vecchio +++ visit Bonifacio +++ rent a boat at the harbor, go down the coast towards Bonifacio and dock for Lunch at Maora Beach! +++ play a round of Golf at Sperone (35min by car) - a b s o l u t e l y stunning! +++ go hiking to Piscia di Gallu and at Col de Bavella +++ don’t forget to bring your binoculars

Cette maison est un véritable paradis terrestre. Idéalement située avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Porto Vecchio. C'est un véritable bonheur pour les grands comme pour les petits de profiter se sa piscine a double bassins. Vous y reviendrez!
